Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled IT - Software Developer IV – Java to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period: 24 months with potential to extend or convert Pay Rate: Starting from $84 per hour Location: Toronto, ON Location Type: Hybrid Business Hours: Monday-Friday; Core business hours

Job Responsibilities:

Experience & Qualification Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering degree 8+ years of experience within Spring Boot, Kafka and API development Experience setting up Data bases from the ground up for new APIs Azure experience Understanding of how APIs connect to Mainframe Prior banking experience (big 5 banks) Dynatrace or data dog Experience using GitHub CoPilot Very strong and clear communication (written and verbal) Strong problem-solving skills Self-motivated, well organized, able to work both independently and in a team environment Attention to detail and someone who is a self-starter and adaptable Azure fundamentals Java certifications Experience migrating from node to spring boot Prior experience How to Apply: If you are a motivated professional looking to contribute to a leading team, please submit your resume outlining your qualifications and experience relevant to this role.
