JOB STATEMENT: As the Revenue Operations Engineer (Salesforce + Data), you will sit at the center of connecting CRM data, technology, and sales operations to help wholesalers and inside sales reps work more effectively. This role is primarily focused on Salesforce/CRM ownership, technical operation and sales enablement. You will manage the systems and pipelines the team relies on daily, identify pain points across the sales organization, and build solutions that turn data into action. The right person is as comfortable in a conversation with business users as they are managing a data pipeline or configuring Salesforce. We are looking for a self-starter who takes initiative and sees problems through to completion. The ideal candidate will bring an engineering mindset and be comfortable reading and working with code, managing technical solutions built by others, and rolling up their sleeves to build something new when the situation calls for it. The role will not only support operations but design and scale how revenue teams use systems, data, and workflows to drive growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Salesforce & CRM Ownership Owning and maintaining the Salesforce data model (Salesforce Financial Services Cloud version), automation (Salesforce Flows), and reporting infrastructure for the retail asset management team. Managing Salesforce marketing tools including Pardot and Engage for campaign execution, email deployment, and audience management. Maintaining accurate data and contacts across CRM systems and ensuring consistent data quality standards. Sales Enablement & Advisor Engagement - Ongoing engagement with the Sales team and senior leadership within the Retail Asset Management business to identify pain points and build out solutions, including new tools, workflows, dashboards, or automations. Supporting the Retail Asset Management team in executing strategic marketing and distribution goals through digital tools and campaigns. Building standardized dashboards, reports, and automated performance summary emails for the Sales team. Collaborating with the Guardian Marketing team on content, campaigns, and product marketing collateral for the retail channel. Define and implement structured outreach cadence (step-by-step engagement model) for Financial Advisors Data & Pipeline Management Managing ETL pipelines that process mutual fund (MF) and separately managed account (SMA) fund transaction and AUM data from external sponsors into Salesforce — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and reliability across all sources. Managing the daily sales email pipeline that delivers formatted fund transaction data to the Sales team each morning organized by territory. Managing the internal web application used by the Operations team to process and upload sponsor files — including troubleshooting, improvements, and onboarding new sponsors. Collaborate with Tech Enablement on scalable integration patterns.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor degree, preferably in relevant field Around 5 years total in Salesforce and other coding technologies, sales technology, sales enablement, or a related role with a technical component. Experience working directly with a sales team — you understand wholesaler workflows, territory management, and what good sales data looks like. Comfortable working in code — experience with ETL technologies, Python, SQL, or similar languages is a strong asset. Strong engineering and coding background Hands-on Salesforce experience —Advanced knowledge of Flows, reports, dashboards, and data management. Deeper technical Salesforce knowledge (SOQL, Bulk API) is a plus. Knowledge on Salesforce DevOps. Familiarity with Salesforce marketing tools — Pardot, Engage, or similar CRM-based campaign platforms. Strong cross-functional communication — comfortable working with both technical teams and marketing or sales stakeholders. Ability to take a business requirement from a stakeholder and translate it into a clear brief or working solution.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Financial services or asset management experience is a strong asset Salesforce Certified Administrator (Strongly preferred) Salesforce Platform App Builder (Nice to Have) Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer (Nice to Have)

COMPENSATION: The base salary range is expected to be between $90,000 - $120,000, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus. Compensation will be based on experience.
