Syntax recherche un Architecte Solution SAP FICO expérimenté, doté d’une solide expérience dans le secteur du commerce de détail et de la mode. Ce rôle est essentiel pour diriger la conception et la livraison de solutions financières innovantes utilisant SAP S/4HANA, en environnement Public Cloud et Private Cloud, tout en intégrant des capacités omnicanales. L’architecte agira comme lien entre les parties prenantes Finance et les équipes techniques, afin de s’assurer que les fonctionnalités SAP FICO sont mises en œuvre efficacement, optimisées et alignées sur les objectifs d’affaires dans un contexte Retail Fashion.
RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES
- Diriger la conception, la configuration et la mise en œuvre des solutions SAP S/4HANA FICO.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes métier pour analyser les processus financiers, recommander des améliorations et assurer une intégration efficace avec les autres composantes du portefeuille SAP Retail.
- Animer des ateliers fit-to-standard, piloter l’optimisation des processus et accompagner les équipes projet vers une livraison réussie des solutions.
- Définir la feuille de route SAP FICO en l’alignant sur les objectifs d’affaires et les tendances émergentes en gestion financière.
- Veiller à l’alignement en matière de conformité en respectant les réglementations financières et les politiques de sécurité liées aux solutions SAP FICO.
- Développer les capacités de reporting et d’analytique dans le cloud afin d’améliorer la prise de décision.
- Agir comme conseiller de confiance sur les meilleures pratiques propres au secteur du commerce de détail.
- Encadrer et soutenir une équipe de consultants SAP en favorisant le partage des connaissances, le développement technique et la progression professionnelle.
- Intervenir comme conseiller avant-vente afin de fournir des recommandations sur les technologies qui génèrent des résultats d’affaires et de démontrer la valeur ajoutée de solutions innovantes.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES
- Diplôme de baccalauréat ou de maîtrise en finance, comptabilité, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Plus de 12 ans d’expérience en SAP FICO, incluant au moins 3 implantations complètes SAP S/4HANA dans un rôle de leadership au sein de l’industrie Retail Fashion.
- Maîtrise de SAP Activate, SAP ERP Public et Private Cloud, Group Reporting et du rapprochement bancaire omnicanal.
- Connaissance approfondie des processus financiers de base et des fonctionnalités propres au cloud.
- Familiarité avec les bonnes pratiques SAP et la méthodologie d’implantation Fit-to-Standard.
- Compétences techniques : expérience pratique avec SAP S/4HANA, Fiori et les solutions SAP cloud liées à la gestion financière.
- Solides capacités de leadership, avec un historique démontré dans la conduite de projets SAP FICO et d’équipes techniques.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes dans des environnements financiers SAP complexes.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en collaboration avec des parties prenantes à tous les niveaux.
- La maîtrise de l’anglais est nécessaire pour les activités de mise en œuvre en interaction avec les clients dans plusieurs régions.
QUALIFICATIONS SOUHAITABLES
- Certification SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Expérience en extensibilité Public Cloud (In-App / Side-by-Side) et avec les cadres d’intégration.
FORMATION & CERTIFICATIONS

SAP FICO Solution Architect – Retail Fashion Industry
Job Summary: Syntax is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Solution Architect with a robust background in the Retail-Fashion Industry. This role is pivotal in leading the design and delivery of innovative financial solutions utilizing SAP S/4HANA (both Public and Private Cloud) and integrating omnichannel capabilities. The architect will serve as a bridge between finance stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that SAP FICO functionalities are effectively implemented, optimized, and aligned with business objectives in a retail fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze financial processes, recommend improvements, and ensure effective integration with other SAP Retail portfolio components.
- Facilitate fit-to-standard workshops, drive process optimization, and guide project teams through successful solution delivery.
- Define the SAP FICO roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and emerging technology trends in financial management.
- Ensure compliance alignment by adhering to financial regulations and security policies related to SAP FICO solutions.
- Shape reporting and analytics capabilities in the cloud to enhance decision-making processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor on best practices within the Retail Industry.
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants, promoting knowledge sharing, technical growth, and professional development.
- Serve as a pre-sales advisor to provide insights on technologies that deliver business results and demonstrate the added value of innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12+ years of SAP FICO experience, including a minimum of 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in a leadership role within the retail fashion industry.
- Proficiency with SAP Activate, SAP Public and Private ERP, Group Reporting, and omnichannel bank reconciliation.
- In-depth knowledge of core finance processes and cloud-specific capabilities.
- Familiarity with SAP Best Practices and Fit-to-Standard implementation methodology.
- Technical skills: Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and cloud-based SAP solutions specific to financial management.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of guiding SAP FICO projects and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex SAP financial environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in English is necessary for client-facing implementation activities across multiple regions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certification.
- Experience with Public Cloud extensibility (In-App/Side-by-Side) and integration frameworks.
Education & Certifications:
