About the role
We are seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer with strong Salesforce Production Support experience to support critical Capital Markets and Investment Banking applications. Required Skills: ✔ 7–12 years of Application/Production Support (L2/L3) ✔ Strong Salesforce Production Support experience ✔ Python or other scripting for automation ✔ Linux/Windows and SQL ✔ ITIL (Incident, Problem & Change Management) ✔ Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Nice to Have: ✔ Capital Markets / Investment Banking experience ✔ Geneos, AppDynamics, Dynatrace ✔ Control-M or Autosys ✔ Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible ✔ AWS, Docker, Kubernetes ✔ Experience with Dealogic or Capital IQ What You'll Do: • Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce and other enterprise applications • Resolve production incidents and perform root cause analysis • Coordinate releases, deployments, bug fixes, and enhancements • Automate operational tasks and improve system reliability • Work closely with business users, developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors • Participate in on-call and weekend release support
