- As a Principal Software Engineer, you’ll join a collaborative, cross-functional team working to enhance and expand our AI-driven contract management platform
- You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and designers to help deliver scalable, user-centric solutions that transform how legal and business teams manage their contracts
- Your technical contributions and team-first mindset will play a key role in delivering high-impact products that scale our AI capabilities and help global organizations simplify complex business processes
- You’ll collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and design teams to build and evolve our vision, strategy, and roadmap

- Contribute to the growth and success of your teammates through knowledge sharing and mentorship
- Take ownership of multiple functional areas in our platform — from development to production (“you build it, you run it”)- We look for curious minds and courageous collaborators who bring sun-drenched optimism and drive
- 8+ years experience with a web development framework (Flask, Django, FastAPI, NestJS, Sprint Boot, Ruby on Rails, ASP.NET, etc.)
- 8+ years with PostgreSQL DB and SQL
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch

- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven success working within fast-paced, agile environments and cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and translating complex problems into clear, thoughtful solutions
- Knowledge of software development best practices (DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, observability)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical partners
- Familiarity with the tradeoffs and architecture of modern distributed systems
- Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Exposure to additional programming languages like Java (backend) and TypeScript (frontend/fullstack) is a plus
