Reporting to the National Manager, PMO, this role is responsible for the effective assignment, optimization, and utilization of BA and QA resources across the project portfolio.</span></p> <p><span>The incumbent ensures projects are appropriately staffed based on demand, priorities, and skill alignment, while maintaining visibility over capacity, utilization, and delivery performance.
