About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile member with expertise in programming and design to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing production by integrating programming and design elements, and driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with various departments to ensure efficient resource allocation, timely project completion, and superior product quality.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with the design and programming teams to integrate innovative solutions into production schedules.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Utilize design tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Optimize resources allocation to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Implement measures to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing process and product quality.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on project priorities and deadlines.
  • Other duties as assigned

Work Environment: Office

Tools: Phone, Computer, Laser Printer, Calculator, Scanner, Photocopiers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in production, preferably in the cabinet manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in Cabinet Vision or 20/20
  • Proficiency in programing languages (e.g. Python, SQL) and design software (e.g. Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques is a plus.
  • Construction industry experience a plus.
