About The Role

StackAdapt is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid social programs across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels. This individual will be instrumental in driving full-funnel growth through strategic planning, creative leadership, and ongoing optimization of paid social campaigns. While the primary focus will be on paid social (80%), the role also involves supporting paid search initiatives (Google Ads, Bing, YouTube) and programmatic channels (display, native, CTV, DOOH) as needed, working closely with the Paid Search team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of data-driven rigor and creative intuition, thriving in a fast-paced environment and operating as a proactive owner of their channels. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Marketing, this role offers an opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, optimize campaign performance, and contribute to StackAdapt’s overall marketing success.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in paid social or digital advertising, preferably within B2B SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech industries Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and social retargeting strategies Experience with paid search platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, and YouTube, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms, including display, native, CTV, and DOOH (experience with StackAdapt preferred) Strong understanding of attribution models, UTM tracking, CRM integrations (preferably HubSpot), and data analysis Ability to translate business objectives into effective campaign architectures Deep understanding of B2B buyer behavior and how paid social influences the full funnel and pipeline growth Exceptional creative instincts paired with analytical rigor Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills High attention to detail, project management capabilities, and troubleshooting skills A proactive, curious mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Responsibilities

Develop and execute paid social strategies across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms to support business goals Translate go-to-market priorities, product messaging, and campaign briefs into tailored channel-specific plans Build, launch, and optimize end-to-end paid social campaigns, including audience segmentation, targeting, bidding, pacing, and testing Lead creative direction for paid social initiatives by developing platform-specific creative frameworks and collaborating with Brand & Content teams on messaging and concepts Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, creative AI, and automation platforms to streamline workflows, accelerate ideation, and enhance creative and targeting efficiency Ensure platform hygiene by troubleshooting issues related to tracking, UTMs, integrations, and operational processes Act as the primary owner of StackAdapt’s paid social program, working closely with performance marketers to ensure unified planning, insights, and measurement Support paid search and programmatic channels as needed, gaining exposure through cross-training and collaboration Monitor daily and weekly campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize targeting, placements, creative assets, and bidding strategies Construct multi-touch, full-funnel campaign structures supporting awareness, engagement, retargeting, and pipeline acceleration Apply attribution models effectively and interpret social performance within the buyer journey context Develop hypotheses, execute testing roadmaps, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and conversion rates Identify new platform features, beta opportunities, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Campaigns, Product Marketing, Creative, and Marketing Operations to align strategies and assets Support international regions by advising on paid social best practices and strategy adaptation Own and maintain paid social dashboards and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to leadership Track KPIs such as awareness, engagement, CPL, conversion rates, SQLs, and pipeline contribution Prepare quarterly insights decks, documenting learnings, performance, and strategic recommendations Monitor industry benchmarks and competitive activity to refine testing and strategic initiatives Document workflows, playbooks, and best practices for ongoing team development and process improvement Provide informal coaching and mentorship to team members on paid social strategies and execution Manage high-visibility programs independently, escalating only when strategic input is required Champion operational excellence, quality assurance, and a bias toward action in all initiatives
