About the role
Description
Solidy is looking for a mid-senior Android Developer who can build and maintain functional applications across Android-based devices and help us attract our target audience. The candidate would require to design, develop and test Android applications for a vast number of diverse Android devices and their integration with the back-end services.

Job Responsibilities
Design and build advanced applications for Android devices on the Android platform, Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, Maintain code integrity, quality, organization, and automatization, Work on bug fixing and improving application performance, Design application updates over the period, Go through the trending applications in the market and implement new technologies accordingly to increase efficiency, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency, Work closely with project managers in an agile environment.
Required Qualifications
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics or related field, 3-6 years of Android OS development experience, Jetpack compose Layouts (Column, Row, Box, Constraintlayout) Modifier, compose animations Design system in Compose Text and Typography in Compose Side effects CompositionLocal and Navigation Experience with Kotlin, Java programming languages, Knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, Knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices, Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON, Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines, Excellent knowledge of Russian Good time-management skills, Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize personal workload.
