About the role

The Company

BBO is a full‑service law firm that has provided legal advice and representation across Southwestern Ontario since 1950. The 60‑person office is located in the London City Centre building in the heart of downtown. The firm relies on a stable, resilient, and forward‑looking IT environment supported by a two‑person team: a Junior IT Administrator and a Senior System Administrator (this role). The workplace culture is professional, collaborative, and maintains a healthy work–life balance.

Role Overview

The Senior System Administrator is responsible for the firm’s core technology infrastructure, ensuring that systems, networks, and security controls remain reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs. The firm continues to modernize its environment through AI adoption, automation, and ongoing system upgrades. The Senior System Administrator will design, select, deploy, and maintain on‑premises infrastructure, with limited cloud components.
