About the role
Title: L1 Analyst/ Server Analyst
Type : Contract - 5 months
Location: Remote (mostly) - Team meets once a quarter. Must reside in Alberta.
Shift/Core Hours: 37.5/Hours
Interview Process: One Round - Virtual with HM
Compensation: $17/hour- $20/hour
Day to day what are the responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 front-line support to access management inquiries/issues - Windows, MS Exchange
Log, update, and close tickets with clear and accurate documentation
Identify recurring issues and support trend analysis for access management
Escalate larger or complex issues to appropriate teams ie. L2 team
Must-have/key skills needed:
2 years Access Management experience
Azure, multi-factor authentication
Know how to provision MS Exchange
Basic Windows experience
Must understand Service Management process
Must demonstrate use of AI in how they’ve used AI in user access management
Strong customer service and communication skills
Pluses/education/certifications:
Quick learner who can ramp up quickly on new applications and tools
Team-oriented attitude with a professional, service-focused approach
