Senior Business Solutions Integration Architect – Government / Healthcare / Cloud Integration Location: Quebec / Canada preferred Language: French required; English preferred Work Model: Primarily remote, with ability to attend client offices in Quebec as required Availability: Required throughout key implementation and migration phases Role Summary We are seeking a senior French-speaking Business Solutions Integration Architect with experience delivering complex government technology implementations, preferably in Quebec healthcare, insurance, claims, or public service environments. This role will design and oversee the integration architecture for a cloud-based decision platform within a complex technology ecosystem, ensuring interoperability, security, performance, and operational readiness. Key Responsibilities Define the integration architecture for the decision platform and related modules. Design secure integration patterns between the platform and client systems. Support architecture for environments, identity/access, logging, monitoring, and data exchange. Work with client architecture, security, infrastructure, and application teams. Ensure alignment with cloud, security, interoperability, and public sector architecture standards. Support integration with Azure services, APIs, gateways, DevOps pipelines, and monitoring tools where applicable. Contribute to technical architecture deliverables, validation reports, and implementation planning. Support pilot, migration, testing, deployment, and production readiness activities. Required Experience 10+ years of information technology experience. Senior experience as a business solutions integration architect or technology architect. Experience delivering cloud-based integration architecture in large, complex organizations. Experience integrating SaaS or enterprise platforms into existing application portfolios. Strong understanding of APIs, authentication/authorization, network/security controls, data flows, logging, monitoring, and release management. Strong written and spoken French. Preferred Experience Quebec government, healthcare, insurer, or broader public sector experience. Experience with Pega, Appian, decisioning platforms, business rules platforms, BPM/workflow, or claims/reimbursement systems. Experience with Azure, Azure Entra ID, Azure DevOps, Azure Sentinel, Mulesoft, Confluent, Kubernetes/OpenShift, or hybrid cloud environments. Experience producing architecture documents and working through formal governance/security reviews. Ideal Candidate Profile A senior Quebec-based or Quebec-experienced architect who understands both business and technology, can work with government stakeholders, and can make complex integrations practical, secure, and delivery-ready.
