Role Overview

The Marketing Manager, CRM will lead the execution and day-to-day management of RockWallet’s CRM and customer communication programs across email, push, and in-app channels. This role sits within the Marketing team and is responsible for overseeing campaign execution, audience segmentation, CRM operations, and lifecycle marketing delivery across RockWallet and MNEE Pay. The CRM Manager will work closely with Marketing, Operations, Product, Data, Compliance, Customer Support, and external partners to execute campaigns at a high standard while supporting ongoing business and customer communication needs. This role requires someone who is highly detail-oriented, technically capable, organized, and comfortable owning execution within CRM systems and campaign workflows in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Campaign Execution Own the build, QA, scheduling, and deployment of campaigns across email, push, and in-app messaging Manage the execution of automated lifecycle flows including onboarding, engagement and re-engagement communications Execute ad hoc campaigns including product announcements, updates, promotions, newsletters, and feature launches Ensure campaign accuracy across links, segmentation, personalization, compliance requirements, and rendering Support campaign prioritization and execution timelines across multiple business initiatives simultaneously

CRM Operations & Workflow Management Build and maintain workflows, automation logic, lists/segments, and campaign assets within HubSpot Manage CRM operational processes to support scalable campaign execution Troubleshoot campaign, segmentation, workflow, and data issues independently where possible Identify opportunities to improve CRM efficiency, execution speed, and operational consistency

Email Development & QA Build and edit email templates using HTML/CSS within HubSpot Ensure emails render correctly across devices, inbox providers, and dark mode environments Report on email deliverability Check Google Postmasters and Microsoft Sender Score Troubleshoot responsive design and formatting issues Translate creative assets and copy into functional email builds while maintaining brand consistency Own final QA and testing prior to deployment

Segmentation & Audience Management Create and manage audience segments based on lifecycle stage, customer behavior, geography, acquisition source, and campaign objectives Maintain targeting accuracy and validate segmentation logic across campaigns Support list hygiene and CRM audience management best practices Work closely with Data and Marketing teams to support evolving segmentation capabilities as infrastructure develops

Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate campaign execution timelines with Marketing, Product, Operations, Compliance, Customer Support, Content, Design, and Social teams Manage campaign deliverables and workflows within Asana Coordinate with external agencies and partners to support campaign production and execution Ensure CRM campaigns align with broader company initiatives, launches, and operational requirements

Testing & Optimization Execute A/B testing across subject lines, messaging, content structure, and send timing Monitor campaign performance and proactively flag operational issues or optimization opportunities Support ongoing improvements to campaign execution processes and customer communication performance

Multi-Brand CRM Support Support CRM execution for both RockWallet and MNEE Pay initiatives Adapt messaging and campaign execution approaches for different audiences, customer journeys, and business objectives Help maintain consistency across brand communication standards while supporting different product needs

Candidate Profile

5-8 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations Hands-on experience executing campaigns within HubSpot or similar CRM/ESP platforms Strong experience building and editing emails using HTML/CSS with an understanding of responsive email development, dark mode rendering, and deliverability best practices Strong operational and organizational skills with experience managing multiple campaign workstreams simultaneously Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of accurate campaign execution and QA ownership Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, or Trello to manage workflows and timelines Comfortable working with segmentation logic, customer data, and CRM workflows Experience generating reports and presenting to leadership Ability to troubleshoot campaign and operational issues independently Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to incorporate them into workflows to improve efficiency and execution quality Strong written and verbal communication skills with key focus on accountability and ownership Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment Experience supporting fintech, crypto, payments, or regulated industries is considered an asset
