SLO/SLA monitoring and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Strong troubleshooting and performance monitoring skills. Responsibilities: Implement and optimize Dynatrace monitoring solutions. Configure Synthetic Monitoring, dashboards, alerts, and log analytics. Support log migration and ingestion pipelines. Develop automation for monitoring and onboarding. Integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow. Monitor SLO/SLA compliance and improve system reliability. Troubleshoot monitoring, performance, and log ingestion issues.
