Job Description : AI Product Owner – Contact Center Service A strong technical foundation with hands-on experience or fluency in Python and JavaScript to effectively collaborate with our engineering squads. We are specifically looking for an assertive champion—someone who is aggressive in asking probing questions, challenging assumptions, and relentlessly gathering clarity from cross-functional Rogers team members. You don't wait for information to come to you; you actively dig for it to unblock features, map out complex user journeys, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Mandatory skills: 10+ years in project/program management, with at least 3 years in as AI product owner. Desired skills: Conversational AI, LLMs, and automation to transform customer support. Knowledge of Google Contact Center Solution GECX / CES / CCAI / Dialogue Flow is preferred. Hands-on experience or fluency in Python and JavaScript
