Job Summary We are seeking an experienced J2EE Developer with strong expertise in SOAP Web Services and IBM WebSphere Application Server running on IBM z/OS Mainframe environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in large enterprise environments, preferably within the banking, insurance, financial services, or other mission-critical industries. The candidate should possess excellent knowledge of enterprise application development, integration, deployment, and production support in highly available mainframe environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise J2EE applications hosted on IBM z/OS. Develop and support SOAP-based web services for enterprise application integration. Deploy and manage applications on IBM WebSphere Application Server. Work closely with business analysts, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in complex environments. Participate in application performance tuning and optimization. Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, coding standards, and security guidelines. Perform code reviews, testing, and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams during application releases and deployments. Required Skills & Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Java/J2EE application development. Strong hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server. Extensive experience developing and consuming SOAP Web Services. Experience working on IBM z/OS Mainframe environments. Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, and XML. Experience with enterprise application integration. Understanding of application deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with SQL and relational databases. Experience using version control systems such as Git or SVN.
