Job Title - Lead - Tenzai Implementation/Offensive Security/Red Teaming Location - Toronto, ON, Canada (Hybrid preferred; downtown Toronto office) OR Remote Role Type - Contract (6 months with potential extension)
Must Have Skills: Offensive security and/or red team experience Enterprise security process engineering expertise Technical leadership and team mentoring experience 8+ years of Security Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related experience Security platform integration and implementation experience Hands-on experience with Tenzai implementation, configuration, and maintenance
Responsibilities and Job Details: Lead the onboarding, implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Tenzai security solutions across the enterprise Design, implement, and optimize scalable security processes supporting Tenzai operations Drive integration of Tenzai with existing security tools, platforms, and workflows Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to security engineering team members Partner with Threat & Vulnerability Management teams to enhance enterprise security capabilities Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Risk & Compliance stakeholders to ensure successful deployments Develop repeatable and sustainable operational processes for security platform management Troubleshoot implementation challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives Support enterprise security objectives through process standardization and automation opportunities Translate complex security concepts into actionable recommendations for technical and business stakeholders Contribute to security strategy discussions and platform optimization efforts Ensure alignment with enterprise security standards, policies, and best practices
