We are looking for an experienced Senior Database Administrator to support and manage enterprise Microsoft SQL Server environments across on-premises and public cloud platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on DBA with strong cloud experience and a passion for database performance, security, automation, and high availability.

Must-Have Qualifications 8–10+ years of experience as a Microsoft SQL Server Database Administrator 5+ years of hands-on experience with public cloud database platforms: GCP Cloud SQL (SQL Server) Azure SQL Managed Instance / DBaaS / IaaS Strong expertise with: SQL Server 2022, 2019, and 2017 Database installation, configuration, hardening, and administration Database Security Performance tuning and optimization Backup & Recovery High Availability & Disaster Recovery (HA/DR) Hands-on experience with SQL Server technologies: SSIS SSRS SSAS PolyBase R Services Power BI integration Strong scripting and automation experience using: PowerShell T-SQL SSIS C# VBScript Preferred Qualifications Microsoft and/or Google Cloud certifications Experience with SQL Server Always On Availability Groups and Replication Windows Server administration Active Directory and network connectivity troubleshooting Experience in highly regulated enterprise environments
