SKILLS REQUIRED Mandatory Skills: Develop, enhance, and support DTMF IVR and Conversational Voice Bot solutions using Cisco CVP and Cisco Call Studio. Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain IVR applications while ensuring high-quality, defect-free code and production support. Build Java-based backend integrations using REST APIs, OAuth2, XML Web Services, and MS SQL Server. Integrate IVR applications with Cisco UCCE/ICM, including routing scripts, DNIS, CTI Variables, Skill Groups, and Finesse Agent Desktop. Collaborate with business, design, and technology teams to deliver scalable, reusable, and customer-centric IVR solutions. Experience with Voice Bot platforms such as Google Dialogflow or Microsoft Bot Framework; knowledge of NLU and speech tuning is an added advantage. Work in Agile/SDLC environments using tools such as JIRA, Cyara, Confluence, with exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Provide production support, troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver reliable solutions within large-scale financial services environments.
