Please find the job description below NOC Canada team members provide 24/7 operational support for enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring stability, performance, and rapid incident resolution. Tools: SevOne, nGenius, Dynatrace, Splunk, IBM NOI, ServiceNow, Wireshark, Catalyst Center Intake Queues: Phone (AWS), Email (Shared inbox), ServiceNow Queues (2), Teams Chat, In-Person (walk up from SOC to NOC within CCR at SCC/BCC) Certifications (recommended): CCNA/CCNP, Network+ Work environment: 24x7 shift-based operations with ~66% onsite presence required (Role is night shift 10PM to 7AM Mon-Thurs - subject to change with ample notice) Key focus: Monitoring, incident triage, troubleshooting, escalation coordination, and continuous service improvement
