Job Summary: We are seeking an AI Developer who is enthusiastic about artificial intelligence and has hands-on experience with various AI models. This role is ideal for someone who has spent some time in the field of AI, experimenting and implementing diverse models, and is keen to apply this experience to develop intelligent solutions that impact our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain AI systems that align with business objectives. Experiment with various AI models to improve existing applications and to craft new solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies with other software systems. Stay updated with AI trends and advancements to bring innovative ideas and technologies into the company. Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of current AI systems. Document and present model development, validation, and implementation details. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing and fine tuning AI models. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data. Strong problem-solving skills and creativity. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Nice to have: Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) related to AI and machine learning. Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques. Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the AI community. Technical Skills: Ingestion Pipelines: Experience with building and optimizing ingestion pipelines to efficiently process and manage large datasets. Model Training and Fine-Tuning: Proficiency in training and fine-tuning ML models to achieve optimal performance. RAG Pipelines: Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model capabilities by integrating retrieval mechanisms. Time Series Forecasting: Experience with time series forecasting models to predict future trends based on historical data. Open-Source Models: Familiarity with integrating and customizing open-source models to meet specific project requirements. RLHF: Ability to apply reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) to improve model performance through iterative feedback loops. Multimodal Models: Capability to add features to multimodal models that can process and analyze multiple types of data (e.g., text, images, audio). Cloud Services: Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) related to machine learning for scalable and efficient model deployment. Machine Learning Algorithms: Familiarity with various machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques to solve complex problems. Open-Source Contributions: Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the ML community to stay updated with the latest advancements.
