Le Run Manager est responsable de la gestion de bout en bout des opérations de production informatique (Run/BAU), en veillant à la stabilité, à la disponibilité et à la performance des systèmes conformément aux SLA et KPI convenus. Ce rôle agit comme point de responsabilité unique pour la prestation opérationnelle et la communication client dans un environnement bilingue (français canadien / anglais).

Principales responsabilités

• Assurer la prise en charge complète des opérations Run/BAU pour les applications et l’infrastructure
• Gérer les incidents, les problèmes et les changements conformément aux pratiques ITIL
• Agir en tant que point d’escalade principal pour les incidents majeurs (P1 / P2)
• Garantir le respect des SLA/KPI et assurer le reporting des services
• Communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes francophones et anglophones
• Piloter l’amélioration continue et l’efficacité opérationnelle
• Disposer d’une expérience avérée dans l’animation de réunions de gouvernance (WSR / MBR / QBR) et dans le reporting exécutif

Compétences et qualifications requises

• Solide expérience en opérations informatiques / support de production / gestion du Run
• Expérience pratique des processus ITIL et des outils ITSM
• Excellentes compétences en communication bilingue (français canadien et anglais)
• Expérience en environnement réglementé ou de type entreprise fortement appréciée
• Connaissances du domaine Core Banking appréciées
• Certification ITIL souhaitée
