We are seeking an experienced candidate to bring their expertise to our Power Platform, CoPilot and SharePoint practice. The right candidate will hit the ground running, deliver production-quality solutions independently, and contribute to active projects from day one.

Calgary, AB (on-site / hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

PowerApps: Design, build, and maintain solutions, including connected and offline applications, with a focus on reliability and user experience. Power Automate: Build and maintain workflows supporting complex business processes across data operations, notifications, and media management. SharePoint Architecture: Design scalable, performant solutions with a strong grasp of platform capabilities and constraints. Copilot Studio: Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Data Integration: Support data replication and migration between enterprise systems and SharePoint/M365. Quality & Delivery: Own quality through to UAT. Proactively communicate blockers and timelines — don't wait for issues to surface. Collaboration: Work effectively with process analysts, project managers, and business users. Clear communicator, early risk-flagger. Administration: SharePoint and O365 administration including PowerShell scripting across on-premises and cloud environments.

Must-Have Experience

7+ years in SharePoint and O365 development Demonstrated expertise in PowerApps, including applications designed to perform at scale and in challenging connectivity environments Power Automate — complex multi-step flows with file/media handling, error management, and enterprise-scale data processing Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and platform constraints, and how to design solutions that remain performant and maintainable as they scale Data integration experience — migrating or replicating data between enterprise line-of-business systems and SharePoint/M365 Working knowledge of Azure fundamentals and cloud platform concepts Proven track record of delivering on time and owning quality through to business UAT

Technical Proficiency

SharePoint and O365 APIs: CSOM, REST API, Microsoft Graph API Development platforms: SPFx, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio Custom connectors and API integrations Programming: C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React Tools: Visual Studio, VS Code, Azure DevOps, Git Integration: REST, GraphQL, SQL Cloud: Azure (fundamentals)

Certifications (Preferred)

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200)

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Soft Skills

Strong communicator — proactively surfaces issues and risks before they become blockers Self-directed with high ownership mentality Able to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under pressure Collaborative and team-oriented, with experience working alongside business analysts and end users
