About The Role

The purpose of this role is to contribute significantly to the success of the Canadian Data Platforms team by ensuring the effective execution and delivery of individual goals, plans, and initiatives aligned with the bank’s business strategies. The position involves supporting a customer-centric culture, fostering strong relationships within the team and with business partners, and driving operational excellence. The role requires active participation in Agile environments, utilizing methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate will provide technical analysis, recommend innovative solutions, and develop automation to enhance testing processes. Additionally, the role emphasizes maintaining high standards of compliance, operational risk management, and promoting an inclusive work environment. Responsibilities

Support and promote a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank connections Build and maintain strong working relationships with peers and business partners Contribute to Agile project teams, utilizing Scrum/Kanban methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational controls Champion a high-performance and inclusive work environment Provide technical analyses and develop recommendations for new solutions and enhancements to existing systems Create and maintain documentation, including best practices and technical procedures Develop and support automation initiatives to facilitate regression testing and improve efficiency Perform manual quality assurance validation as needed to ensure system integrity and performance
