Title: Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing Analytics Duration: Full-time, permanent Location: Onsite 5x per week - North York

Overview Our client, a leading retail and e-commerce organization, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing Analytics to join their growing analytics team. This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing, media measurement, advanced analytics, and data infrastructure, helping stakeholders make smarter business decisions through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical capabilities with business acumen and curiosity. They are comfortable working with large datasets, maintaining analytics infrastructure, evaluating campaign performance, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Analyze digital marketing and media performance to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Evaluate campaign effectiveness across channels including paid search, paid social, display, video, programmatic, email, affiliate, and owned digital properties. Partner with marketing, e-commerce, merchandising, and analytics teams to understand business objectives and develop measurement strategies. Design and maintain reporting dashboards and visualizations to support ongoing business decision-making. Source, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple platforms and data sources. Develop actionable insights and recommendations related to audience targeting, budget allocation, creative performance, channel mix, and campaign timing. Support testing and experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing, holdout testing, audience testing, and incrementality analysis. Contribute to measurement frameworks, reporting standards, anomaly detection, and analytics best practices. Maintain and optimize analytics infrastructure, including dashboards, data integrations, automated reporting processes, and data pipelines. Respond to ad hoc reporting and analytical requests from stakeholders across the business. Communicate complex analytical findings through clear presentations, dashboards, and executive-ready recommendations. Continuously identify improvements, efficiencies, and opportunities that create business value. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Experience 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, digital analytics, database marketing, or a related analytical field. Strong experience working with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools. Experience translating complex analysis into actionable business recommendations. Demonstrated ability to work with large and complex datasets from multiple sources. Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
