Job Title: RFR-SA-300 - Systems Analyst Working Status: Some Onsite work will be required for meetings and other project work. Some services will be performed via remote access. Services shall not be performed remotely from outside of Canada Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba Hours per day: 7.75
Mandatory Requirements Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response. Post-Secondary degree majoring in computer science, software development, business computing, or management information systems. Proof of the degree shall be provided with the response. Nice to have-Education Valid Health Level 7 International certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the response.
Skills and Experience 10 years’ experience as a system or integration analyst in a project environment including integration specifications, data modeling, and data migration experience. 10 years’ experience with the implementation of clinical information systems in a healthcare environment in an analyst role. 7 years’ experience with merging patient demographic and visit data in an Altera Sunrise care environment. 7 years’ experience designing interfaces, data conversions and reports in a healthcare setting. 5 years’ experience in data modeling techniques involving confidential client or demographic information. 3 years’ experience with designing enterprise level ID solutions in a healthcare setting including the consolidation of regional identifiers.
Project Description: Digital Health, a Shared Health service, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
