Who we are looking for

We are seeking a motivated individual who combines strategic thinking with strong attention to detail and enjoys a dynamic role supporting others to work more effectively.

This role

This role leads and supports digital systems planning and operations to ensure secure, efficient, and high‑quality clinical care. It uses data, training, and collaboration with HSS IT and program areas to improve system performance, build digital literacy, and proactively prevent system issues, with flexibility to support occasional after‑hours upgrades or maintenance.

Essential qualifications

Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet the qualifications below. Selections for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume.

  • Education in Health Informatics, Business Administration, Information System, Computer Science, Health Administration or other related field.
  • Recent experience with information systems and digital health platforms in a health environment.
  • Experience analyzing, data, generating reports and monitor performance indicators
  • Experience working collaboratively with leadership, staff, corporate partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience supervising and providing leadership, guidance, or oversight to others.

Candidates who have education training, and/or experience equivalent to the above qualifications maybe equally considered.

Job requirements

This job requires you to perform, and/or be exposed to, the following:

Primary work is performed in an office environment, with occasional off‑site work at Long Term Care homes or Home Care office. The position requires prolonged computer use, occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs, and exposure to infectious agents, second‑hand smoke, strong odours, and animals involved in the Pet Therapy Program.
