Job Title: Appian BPM Technical Lead Location: Toronto - Hybrid (3 days at office) Role Description: Define Appian architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices. Lead the design and development of scalable Appian applications and workflows. Guide development teams on Appian implementation, performance tuning, and optimization. Design and implement integrations between Appian and enterprise systems (e.g., OnBase, APIs, databases). Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance with enterprise standards. Establish development governance, CI/CD practices, and deployment standards. Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and product teams. Review and approve solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture. Lead troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution. Drive reusable component development and platform best practices adoption.
