Job Description: Experience with Salesforce administration and development including customizing Salesforce objects, workflows, and security models. Experience with nCino loan management system and basic understanding of Lending operations. Strong experience in integrating Salesforce with other platforms, systems, or applications using APIs and data connectors. Experience with Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce REST APIs Proficiency in SQL and database management, particularly in relation to relational databases. Familiarity with data modeling concepts like normalization, denormalization, and entity-relationship modeling. Experience in troubleshooting incident using Apex classes, Triggers, Apex Test Classes for SFDC testing and Batch Apex for complex data processing. Experience in SFDC development using visual force pages, visual force components AJAX Tool kit, SOQL, and SOSL queries. Experience with customizing various SFDC standard objects like Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases Entitlements, Service Contracts, Reports, and dashboards. Created Page Layouts, search layouts to organize fields, custom links, related lists, and other components on a record detail and edit pages. Responsibilities:
Handle production incidents end-to-end, including ticket triage, escalation, stakeholder communication, and maintaining runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for recurring issues. Support deployment activities, production releases, hotfixes, and configuration changes. Validate post-deployment functionality and ensure system stability after every release. Administer and manage Salesforce environments, including users, permissions, and data models. Customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and workflows to meet business requirements. Configure and manage Salesforce Lightning components, including custom pages, dashboards, and reports. Perform regular health checks and optimize Salesforce instance performance.
Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
