About the Role We are looking for an Associate Manager on the DashPass Integrated Marketing team to own high-impact priorities that deepen DashPass member engagement across Canada, offering them a best-in-class subscription experience. In this role, you will use insights to develop consumer-first strategies to retain and engage DashPass members, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we are serving members’ needs, maximizing DoorDash value from our partner relationships, and driving our business forward. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Act as the lynchpin between marketing teams (Lifecycle, Media, Creative Studio), Strategy & Operations, Product, Finance, and Analytics to build and execute on integrated marketing campaigns for DashPass Canada Strengthen the membership experience by partnering closely with the Lifecycle, Operations and Product teams to create compelling member experiences and value that make DashPass membership worth it Drive key strategic partnerships that fuel DashPass member growth and deliver meaningful value to members across Canada Identify and execute on opportunities to increase DashPass subscriber retention in Canada, while establishing the role of marketing and how we can bring more value to our members Create process where process doesn’t exist across key DashPass initiatives to streamline operations and foster a productive team culture Drive the quarterly marketing goals and KPIs, and contribute to reporting to track their progress in partnership with Analytics, S&O and channel teams Drive cross-functional meetings and own end-to-end project trackers to rally key stakeholders towards a shared goal Establish reporting cadence across performance and retention campaigns, while driving action plans to grow our paid subscriber balance and reduce churn quarter over quarter Identify gaps in consumer insights and create testing plans in partnership with Marketing Insights and Research teams Create positioning and messaging frameworks for our lifecycle audiences, and establish testing plans that optimize DashPass value props to drive the highest conversion rate We’re excited about you because… You have: Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA a plus 6+ years of experience in consumer marketing Fluency across the marketing mix, fully understanding marketing principles and their role across the funnel An extraordinary bias for action; you’re dependable, self-motivated & able to multi-task Demonstrable experience supporting cross-functional workstreams and balancing multiple objectives and constraints You put the consumer at the heart of your work and rally the business in fulfilling their needs through our products and benefits The ability to connect with people, build relationships and influence with authority A strategic, business-mind; you find trends in the data and look to gather audience-first insights A creative and collaborative inclination; you love working with a team and solving challenging problems in new ways A track record of driving and measuring business success through Marketing Compensation Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
