The Platform Release team works at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Delivery to ensure secure, standardized, and efficient platform releases across the organization to SimCorp clients. This is a hands‑on Azure platform role focused on technical analysis, standardization, and release enablement. The Platform Release team works at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Delivery to ensure secure, standardized, and efficient platform releases across the organization to our clients. This is a hands‑on Azure platform role focused on technical analysis, standardization, and release enablement. It is not a software development or DevOps position. What you’ll do Act as a technical specialist for the Azure platform, supporting release, migration, and modernization initiatives Independently investigate platform configurations, versions, dependencies, and standards directly in Azure Identify gaps and improvement opportunities, contributing to platform standardization and optimization Collaborate closely with Engineering, DevOps, and Architecture teams as the technical point of contact for Platform Release Explore new tools and approaches to improve platform visibility, reliability, and governance What we’re looking for Strong, practical experience with Microsoft Azure, gained in roles such as: Azure Developer or Administrator Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Azure Platform or Support Engineer Ability to work independently and drive ambiguous technical tasks to completion Confidence working directly with architects and engineers to clarify requirements and validate solutions Curiosity, adaptability, and comfort working with complex platform challenges Azure certificates such as AZ-104, AZ-204, AZ‑400 would be beneficial Why this role matters As an Azure specialist in Platform Release Management, you will: Define and maintain Azure tenant standards and versioning strategies Support enterprise governance, security, and compliance Influence large‑scale platform modernization and cloud adoption What we offer Exposure to large‑scale Azure release and migration initiatives Meaningful influence on platform standards and release processes A hands‑on technical role with broad platform impact Exposure not only to Azure, but also to our financial software solutions and a variety of industry‑standard tools and technologies High degree of autonomy and flexibility BENEFITS Global hybrid work policy - We ask you to work 2 days a week from the office. For Toronto City only: The annual base salary range for this position is 87 400,00 - 126 600,00 CAD. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including health care, leave, and retirement plans.
