About the role

Join Interior Health’s Digital Health, Digital Patient Solutions team as a casual Digital Citizen Support Clerk and help support the future of healthcare technology. Based out of the Interior Health Kelowna Warehouse, this role plays an important part in connecting citizens with digital health tools that improve access to care and enhance the patient experience.

Your Role:
As a Digital Citizen Support Clerk, you will provide direct support to citizens using Interior Health’s digital health tools and virtual care technologies, including MyHealthPortal, online patient booking platforms, and virtual care applications such as Zoom. You’ll assist users with account access, appointment booking, troubleshooting, and general inquiries while ensuring privacy, security, and confidentiality standards are maintained. Working closely with internal teams and System Analysts, you’ll help identify and resolve issues, support continuous process improvements, and contribute to promoting digital health initiatives throughout the community. Your strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and commitment to customer service will help create a positive and accessible digital healthcare experience for patients and families.
