The Project Manager is responsible for:

Overseeing major programs and projects

Managing cross-functional teams
-
Coordinating stakeholders across business and IT
Key Responsibilities: Manage full project lifecycle (initiation
- closure)
- Develop budgets, schedules, and scope
- Identify risks and mitigation strategies
- Provide status reports and updates
- Coordinate teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Support governance and compliance processes
- Track deliverables, milestones, and timelines
- Ensure alignment with business objectives
Additional Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of projects

Facilitate communication across departments

Monitor performance and progress

Manage issues and escalations

Document lessons learned and reporting
Skills & Qualifications:

Degree in Business, Commerce, or Computer Science
-
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certifications preferred
-
7–10 years of project management experience
-
Experience managing complex IT projects
-
Experience with large-scale transformations
-
Strong stakeholder engagement experience
-
Experience working in Agile environments
-
Strong leadership across diverse teams
-
Excellent communication and planning skills
-
Knowledge of MS Teams, Azure DevOps, Miro, Power BI

Experience with Agile methodologies
