We focus on delivering scalable, compliant, and user-centered technology across web, CRM, data, and engagement platforms while partnering closely with PMO and cross-functional teams to support consistent, high-quality delivery.Job DescriptionThis role guides the delivery of complex technology solutions across web, CRM, and omnichannel ecosystems. The Associate Director acts as a bridge between technology and delivery teams, ensuring projects are planned, executed, and launched with clarity, quality, and operational consistency. The role partners across technology crafts, PMO, and client teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions that support healthcare brands and their audiences.What You’ll Do:Lead day-to-day delivery across multiple technology projects, ensuring alignment on timelines, scope, and budget.Drive consistency and quality across all delivery phases, including planning, build, testing, and launch.Define technical task plans and collaborate with PMO on project scheduling, dependencies, and resourcing.Review requirements and technical documentation to ensure clarity, feasibility, and completeness.Partner with teams to track risks, manage delivery challenges, and support scalable, compliant technical solutions.QualificationsRequired:7+ years delivering web, Salesforce CRM, or omnichannel technology solutions, ideally in healthcare or regulated industries.Experience managing cross-functional technology teams and multiple concurrent workstreamsAbility to interpret and communicate technical requirements, documentation, and design assetsStrong collaboration skills across creative, strategy, and technology partners, including client-facing discussionsFamiliarity with web and CRM platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, or ContentfulAbility to stay organized, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain focus in a fast-paced environmentDesired:Experience supporting pharma marketing or medical-affairs programsBackground as a business systems analystKnowledge of healthcare compliance, privacy, or FDA-related standardsExperience in technology consulting or omnichannel program deliveryFamiliarity with healthcare data standards or marketing-operations workflowsExperience integrating AI tools into daily or project-based workAdditional InformationThe base salary range for this position is between CAD $100,000 - $130,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
