We’re seeking someone to join our team as an eDiscovery Case Lead to lead complex investigations and drive end-to-end ownership of high-risk litigation, regulatory, and internal investigative matters within Insider Risk Management. This is a Lead Cybersecurity Engineering position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for providing specialist cyber expertise and creating solutions that protect the organization's systems and networks against actual and potential security threats and vulnerabilities. What you'll do in the role: Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions Lead end-to-end management of complex eDiscovery cases, ensuring requests are clearly defined, tracked, and delivered accurately Oversee defensible data collection, processing, and delivery across litigation, regulatory, and internal investigations Anticipate and resolve data challenges across diverse systems, platforms, and communication channels Manage prioritization and throughput of deliverables within the eDiscovery collections queue Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, HR, Corporate Security, and Cybersecurity stakeholders Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance standards across the eDiscovery lifecycle Drive operational excellence through process improvement, standardization, and workflow optimization initiatives Champion adoption of automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data insights Mentor team members and foster collaboration across global, matrixed teams What you'll bring to the role: Ability to effectively manage multiple functions and initiatives Demonstrated expertise in the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) with hands-on lifecycle management experience Proven ability to manage complex, high-sensitivity investigations in regulatory, litigation, or corporate environments Experience partnering with Legal, Compliance, Corporate Security, or HR stakeholders on investigative matters Strong working knowledge of enterprise eDiscovery and e-communications tools (Microsoft M365) including defensible data collection and analysis Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail Effective verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level reporting Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within a global, matrixed organization High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role All our positions are located in Montreal, Quebec. We offer a hybrid work environment, combining remote work and attendance in the office. Knowledge of French and English is required.
