JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is looking for an Implementation Consultant to join one of our largest HCM clients on a 9-month contract to start. The WFM Implementation Consultant will be responsible for working with the team to implement the WFM and HR Core products with one of the organization's new large clients. Responsibilities include implementation lifecycle participation, client engagement, customized system configuration, testing and validation as well as training and change management. We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Dayforce WFM/Time, HR Core with Entitlements experience - 2+ years’ experience implementing and configuring the Dayforce WFM (HR Core, Time, Entitlements) module - Support and Testing background could be beneficial - Client-facing skills; Excellent written skills for preparing detailed test cases and other documentation.
