About the role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Reporting Analyst to join our Workforce Reporting team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering workforce reporting and analytics solutions that provide meaningful insights to HR and business stakeholders. You'll leverage your expertise in SAP HR reporting, SQL, Python, and reporting automation to drive data-driven decision-making and improve reporting efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions using SAP HR data. Extract, analyze, validate, and visualize employee data from SAP HRIS and other workforce systems. Create custom reports leveraging a deep understanding of SAP data structures, tables, and relationships. Develop and automate recurring reporting processes using Python and scheduling tools. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and integrate data from multiple databases. Identify workforce trends, insights, and opportunities through advanced data analysis. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy, security, compliance, and adherence to HR data governance standards. Support reporting enhancements, process improvements, and special workforce analytics initiatives. Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, and process guides.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field. Strong experience with SAP HR reporting and SAP information systems. Deep understanding of SAP tables, data structures, and data relationships. Hands-on experience with Python for reporting automation, data analysis, and visualization. Advanced SQL skills with experience querying relational databases such as Teradata, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, DB2, or similar platforms. Experience creating custom reports and integrating data from multiple data sources. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience handling sensitive HR and employee data with confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). Knowledge of legacy SAP HCM modules including Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management. Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Understanding of HR data governance, GDPR, privacy, and access management principles. Experience with reporting automation and scheduling tools such as Rundeck and Stonebranch. Knowledge of advanced reporting calculations, data transformation logic, and business rules.
