This role supports the delivery of data enabled solutions by applying advanced analytics, data engineering, and data governance practices. The role may also translate business needs into scalable data strategies, build high quality data assets, and drive measurable business value through reliable, governed, and reusable data solutions.

What you'll do...

This role may lead moderately complex analytics and data initiatives by transforming business needs into practical, technology‑enabled solutions. The role may analyze ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions, define success criteria, and establish metrics to measure effectiveness and business impact. Work may also include translating requirements into actionable strategies, initiatives, and delivery plans aligned with broader business objectives.

This role may identify, assess, and prepare data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure fitness for purpose. Responsibilities may also include overseeing data quality validation, guiding data integration and transformation activities, and enabling automation of repeatable data processes using modern data platforms, tools, and orchestration techniques. The role may evaluate risks early and adapt solutions to evolving requirements.

This role may design, review, and guide complex logical, conceptual, and physical data models across diverse data environments. The role may also contribute to data exposure strategies, documentation, and modeling standards to enable data reuse as a shared organizational asset. Collaboration with peers to promote scalable, reliable architectures may also be required.

The role will be hands on code development .The role contribute to solution design, testing, and deployment while ensuring alignment with technical and data standards. This role may also support data governance and data strategy through education, guidance, and collaboration, and promote ethical, compliant, and effective use of data while supporting continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

• Advanced Python and Spark skills with no less than 4 years of experience

• Advanced SQL skills using SQL Server, Teradata, or Oracle with no less than 7 years of experience in this area

• Knowledge of Kafka, Business Warehouse of technologies, no less than 4 years of experience in this area

• Practical knowledge of a 1-2 Business Intelligence tools

• Dashboard optimization knowledge and experience leading to an ability of creating appealing and effective visual dashboard and reports

• Nice to have: experience with data visualization software such as Tableau or similar

• Minimum Education Required BSc or similar

• Minimum Years of Experience Required 7 - 10 years

The pay range for this position is $109,400.00 - $150,480.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
