• We’re looking for an Software Development Manager to lead our DevOps team as we scale infrastructure across multiple regions and push toward continuous deployment. You’ll own the platform engineering function — developer experience, infrastructure reliability, and the systems that let MaintainX move fast without breaking things
• Lead a team of platform and DevOps software developers: set direction, remove blockers, and develop talent
• Own the DevOps roadmap, balancing developer experience improvements, platform efficiency, and infrastructure reliability
• Partner with product engineering teams to build the tooling and self-service capabilities that let them own their deployments
• Partner with the security team to ensure compliance across our environments, and to offer a safe and secure platform upon which the development teams can thrive
• Drive infrastructure strategy across cloud, container orchestration, CI/CD, and observability
• Hire, onboard, and grow a high-performing team
• Provide clear visibility into team progress, risks, and outcomes to engineering leadership

• Track record of measurably improving developer experience and platform reliability at scale
• You’ve shipped production infrastructure, understand cloud-native systems, and can engage on hard technical problems with your team
• Comfortable leading teams that use AI-assisted development tools as a core part of their workflow
• Hands-on experience with multi-region environments, infrastructure as code, and modern CI/CD platforms
• Experience scaling a DevOps function in a fast-growth SaaS environment
• Familiarity with compliance-driven infrastructure (SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO270001 or similar)
