b) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• 5+ years experience with ServiceNow ITSM, request management 5+ years experience with ServiceNow ITSM, request management • Skilled in designing and developing ServiceNow workflows and forms of varying complexity to support request fulfillment processes. • Strong understanding of Request Management lifecycle and integration with ITSM modules. • Proficient in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Glide Record, and Script Includes. • Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications for automation and integration. Ability to manage certificate inventory, and related ServiceNow flows
