Job Title: ITSM Lead Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Type: Contract
About the job: TSYS experience is a must have Own end‑to‑end ITSM operations for credit card platforms, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management, ensuring 24x7 availability, SLA/SLO compliance, and stable card processing operations (authorization, clearing, settlement, chargebacks). Lead Cloud and hybrid operations (AWS/Azure) supporting card processing systems, digital card services, and integrations with processors (e.g., TSYS), networks (Visa/Mastercard), and downstream banking platforms. Act as the primary escalation and incident commander for card‑related production incidents, driving timely restoration, root‑cause analysis, and preventive actions to reduce MTTR and recurring transaction or authorization issues. Ensure regulatory and security compliance across card operations, including PCI‑DSS, AML/KYC, fraud monitoring, and audit readiness, working closely with risk, security, and compliance teams. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement through automation, observability, runbooks, and SRE practices to improve card transaction reliability, system resilience, and customer experience. Requirements Must have 10+ yrs of experience in Operations Management ITIL Certified AWS/Azure Certified
