About the role
Our Enterprise Financial Services Client is seeking a detail-oriented Web Producer to support the publishing, maintenance, and optimization of digital content across corporate websites and intranet platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring content is accurate, accessible, mobile-friendly, and delivered on time. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, human resources, product, and operations, to produce high-quality digital communications while promoting web best practices. Key Responsibilities: Publish, update, and maintain digital content using a Content Management System (CMS), including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Ensure all web content is optimized for mobile devices, accessibility, and usability. Write and maintain HTML5 and CSS3 code to support website and intranet content. Keep web and intranet content accurate, up to date, and aligned with organizational standards. Provide guidance and support to content creators on web publishing best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to scope, plan, and execute digital content projects. Perform quality assurance checks to ensure content is error-free and meets established standards. Identify opportunities to improve content publishing processes and workflow efficiency. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, client service, production support, digital content, or a related role. Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) and/or other website builders. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Positive, proactive mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience with collaboration and productivity tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365, and Workfront. Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3; experience with JavaScript and/or jQuery is considered an asset. Experience with email development and Salesforce is an asset. Experience supporting digital marketing, web content, or online communications initiatives is preferred.
