Clinical Data Coordinator

Location: Canada (Remote)

A growing clinical research organisation is seeking a Clinical Data Coordinator to join its Biometrics team and support the delivery of high-quality clinical trials. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-focused clinical research professional looking to further develop their experience in clinical data management, database maintenance, and study support within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities Support study-specific data management activities across multiple clinical trials. Perform data review, cleaning, validation, and query management activities. Maintain study databases and electronic data capture (EDC) systems. Assist with database testing, validation, and maintenance. Contribute to the development of Data Management Plans and study-specific documentation. Coordinate data management activities with external vendors, including laboratories and eCRF providers. Support study metrics reporting and dashboard development. Participate in process improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities.

Requirements Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field. Previous experience within clinical research, clinical data management, or biometrics. Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial processes. Experience working with relational databases and data management systems. Familiarity with R programming is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Professional proficiency in both English and French.
