About the role
About the Role We are looking for a high-impact Onsite Data & AI Solution Architect to join our growing Data & AI practice. This is a client-facing, US-based role that sits at the intersection of business development, solution design, and technical delivery — serving as the bridge between our onsite go-to-market teams and our offshore engineering talent in India. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our business development team to run client discovery workshops, architect Data & Agentic AI solutions, and convert complex client challenges into compelling, commercially viable proposals — backed by the technical depth to earn the trust of a CTO and the communication clarity to earn the trust of a CFO.
Roles and Responsibilities Partner with the onsite business development team to identify, qualify, and pursue Data & AI opportunities across enterprise accounts. Lead and facilitate client workshops — from initial discovery and current-state assessment to future-state visioning and solution alignment. Serve as the technical authority during client conversations, translating business pain points into clear data and AI solution narratives. Drive solutioning sessions that map client needs to specific architectures, platforms, and engagement models — generating confidence and accelerating deal closure. Build and maintain trusted relationships with client technology and business leaders throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle. Design cloud-native data architectures (data lakehouse, data mesh, streaming, batch) tailored to client industry and maturity. Architect Agentic AI solutions leveraging frameworks such as AWS AgentCore, Amazon Bedrock Agents, multi-agent orchestration, and related managed services. Develop solution blueprints, reference architectures, and Statements of Work (SoWs) that are technically sound and commercially differentiated. Collaborate with cloud hyperscaler partner teams (AWS primary; Azure and GCP as needed) on joint GTM pursuits, co-sell opportunities, and marketplace listings. Ensure solution designs account for data governance, security, compliance, and scalability requirements from the outset.
Required Qualifications 12+ years of total experience with 6+ in Data, Cloud, or AI-focused roles. Demonstrated experience in a client-facing pre-sales, solutions consulting, or solution architecture role. Strong command of modern data platforms: Apache Spark, dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, Delta Lake, Apache Kafka/Flink, or comparable technologies. Practical knowledge of cloud-native data and AI services — especially within the AWS ecosystem (Bedrock, SageMaker, Glue, Lake Formation, Step Functions, AgentCore). Foundational to intermediate familiarity with Agentic AI constructs: agent frameworks, LLM orchestration, RAG, tool use, and human-in-the-loop patterns. Ability to create credible, production-grade solution architectures and communicate them clearly to both technical and business audiences. Experience working in a global delivery model — collaborating with offshore development teams across time zones. Strong storytelling and presentation skills; comfortable in C-suite conversations as well as technical deep-dives.
