Job Description

We’re recruiting for a Data Migration Lead (Salesforce) on behalf of our client a global fortune 500 company, leader in the IT industry. This is a permanent full-time role that is hybrid, requiring 3 days in office in Brampton, ON.

Technical Expertise

3+ years hands-on Salesforce Administration experience Proficient in SOQL with ability to write complex queries for data validation Deep understanding of Salesforce data model (objects, fields, relationships, record types) Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud is highly preferred Familiarity with data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench, ETL tools)

Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent documentation and communication skills Proven ability to manage ambiguity in complex, multi-stakeholder environments High degree of patience and persistence in troubleshooting data issues Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Administrator certification Experience migrating patient data in healthcare/pharmaceutical domains Understanding of data privacy regulations (HIPEDA, PIPEDA) Exposure to Dataproc, Apache Spark, or similar big data tools
