Title: Sr. Atlassian Practitioner Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

We are seeking a Senior Atlassian Practitioner with deep expertise in Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence Cloud to support and enhance enterprise-scale Atlassian environments.

Responsibilities Administer and support Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, and JSM Design and configure scalable, standards-based Atlassian solutions Build and enhance JSM portals, request types, forms, queues, SLAs, and workflows Develop and maintain Atlassian Automation rules Perform Jira and Confluence migration activities Create advanced JQL reports, dashboards, and operational analytics Conduct impact analysis for workflow and configuration changes Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver governed platform solutions

Ideal Candidate Strong hands-on experience with Jira Cloud, JSM, and Confluence Cloud Proven expertise in Atlassian administration, automation, and migrations Experience working in large enterprise environments Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong troubleshooting, governance, and documentation skills
