About the role

Summary:

Skilled in web projects and graphic design, the Graphic Design - Business Analyst will support the marketing team in creating various marketing materials and maintaining the company website and SharePoint.

What You'll Do:

Graphics & Media Design:

  • Develop and produce graphics for tradeshows and promotional activities, including banners, advertisements, and product literature
  • Capture product photography and perform image editing using Photoshop
  • Record and edit videos for marketing, promotional, and training purposes
  • Design visual assets to support sales presentations, marketing collateral, and training materials
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to generate marketing content such as videos and product imagery

Web Management:

  • Maintain existing corporate webpages and develop new pages on the Shopify platform
  • Manage and integrate third-party plugins, software, and tools within the website environment
  • Optimize website content and structure to ensure SEO compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on website-related projects and initiatives
  • Support integrations between Windchill, Business Central, HubSpot, and Shopify

Marketing:

  • Analyze ERP and CRM data to support business and marketing decisions
  • Develop marketing dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of digital marketing campaigns
  • Maintain product lifecycle information, pricing, and BOM records
  • Coordinate and organize sales Confluence meetings
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

  • Graphic/Web Design education or equivalent experience
  • Showcase your portfolio in the cover letter demonstrating web and print design expertise
  • Strong Shopify knowledge
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • Website hosting and back-end knowledge (asset)
  • Understanding of photography, videography, and print production
  • Detail-oriented with ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint preferred)
