We are lookingfor a Service Operations Coordinator - Calgary

Reporting to the Service Supervisor, the Service Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the SFC Service Team by preparing quotations and processing orders for in-house repairs and field services. The role coordinates service-related purchasing activities with the internal Purchasing team and supports Salesforce administration, reporting, and operational planning, while ensuring high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction. What We Expect? Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations or a related field. 2+ years of experience in service coordination, operations, customer service, or similar role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with a Salesforce is required Experience with ERP, estimating, or project management software is an asset. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong in both written and verbal communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities: Coordinate incoming customer requests via phone, email, and online channels. Prepare and submit quotations, service orders, proposals, and bid documents. Coordinate in-house repairs and field service activities. Track service requests and ensure timely communication with customers and internal teams. Support end-to-end service order flow and issue resolution. Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce records. Support reporting on service activity, pipeline visibility, and operational performance. Assist leadership with Salesforce administration and data integrity. Ensure high-quality data to support decision-making across Service and Sales. Coordinate service-related purchasing needs with the internal Purchasing team. Submit and track purchase requests for parts and materials. Follow up to ensure timely availability of required service resources. Maintain accurate records of purchasing-related activities. Maintain service documentation, records, and operational reports. Compile service and customer compliance data as required. Coordinate service logistics including training schedules and travel arrangements. Support tracking and documentation of equipment calibration records.
