Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
- Good years hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
- Proficient in SOQL with ability to write complex queries for data validation
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model (objects, fields, relationships, record types)
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud is highly preferred
- Familiarity with data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench, ETL tools)
Core Competencies
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- High degree of patience and persistence in troubleshooting data issues
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience migrating patient data in healthcare/pharmaceutical domains
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (HIPEDA, PIPEDA)
- Exposure to Dataproc, Apache Spark, or similar big data tools
