POSITION

We’re looking for a passionate, proactive, and resourceful Project Manager to join our dynamic team. We value a strong work ethic, creativity, professionalism, and top-quality work.

You’ll be tasked with managing all aspects of external and internal stakeholder engagement in every project component from beginning to end, working closely with Specialists for the various products during implementation. You will lead and manage clients through each stage of the process involved in planning, configuration, build, training, launch, and limited post-implementation support. The key to success in this role is determined by your confident and competent leadership and how easily you demonstrate exemplary timeline management skills, task coordination, proactive communication, accountability, benchmark setting, metric measurement, pride in your achievements, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

Primary point of contact to lead clients and internal teams through all stages of a project’s lifecycle across several verticals across the entire company, including kick-off, agreement review, configuration, quality control testing, training, launch, and limited post-implementation support. Establish and drive project component timelines and deliverable schedules, ensuring compliance and accountability by an internal team Coordinate the involvement of cross-functional Specialists and IT teams as needed to meet project objectives Appropriately set and manage client expectations of project tasks, critical sign-off stages, and milestone schedules Act as the escalation point for clients regarding Specialist-related questions across verticals within the department Facilitate and direct all client meetings and interactions related to the implementation of the full project Fully understand, and be able to clarify, project goals and objectives to all internal and external stakeholders Prepare and distribute timely project status reports to internal and external stakeholders Conduct regular, consistent client check-in calls Record, track, and manage projects through the use of project management software Coordinate with third-party software vendors for integrations

Qualifications

5+ years of previous experience managing technical projects Comfortable in a customer-facing role (have a strong customer-service orientation) and possess a professional and courteous disposition and demeanor Demonstrated experience in working effectively in a highly collaborative team setting Establishes and maintains two-way communication to give clear direction and set well-planned and organized objectives appropriately. Independent self-starter; able and eager to dig deep into several software applications, and become technically proficient and intimately familiar with their full functionality Strong organizational skills: uses resources effectively and efficiently arranges information and files in a useful manner. Strong planning and scoping skills. Able to measure performance and evaluate results. Strong priority setting in order to eliminate roadblocks and create focus. Capable of creating processes to create resource efficiency and manage through systems. Able to write/orate clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles Proven attention-to-detail and ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere utilizing strong organizational skills across many project components Demonstrated experience in creative problem-solving and client relationship management Knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office applications
